By Sajid Khan's admission, Humshakals is the most complicated screenplay that he has worked on. For someone who has worked with huge ensemble cast in his earlier films like Housefull and Housefull 2, the house is now further full with Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor in a triple role each and Tamannaah Bhatia, Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta joining in.
With numerous other supporting characters coming together and each of the protagonists bringing their own quirks and traits into place, Humshakals is said to be a pacy and unrelenting affair that moves ahead in a non-stop manner. However Sajid promises that even as the film has a complicated plot, the narrative has been kept simple enough to ensure that there is no confusion at all with audience at large enabled to enjoy the show in entirety.
"This is the reason why the biggest task for me was to not get confused myself and explain things so simply that even a five year old child will know what's happening on screen," says Sajid who spent considerable amount of time in getting the screenplay perfect before embarking on the shoot for the film.
Even as he was handing multiple actors and their various versions, Sajid was a pillar of support for them who relied on him for all the finer nuances and character switches. Now we would know the final results once this Vashu Bhagnani and Fox production would release all over next Friday.
