USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Earlier this year, we had reported that starlet Geetika Tyagi had accused the Jolly LLB director Subhash Kapoor of sexual abuse. Now we hear that Kapoor has been arrested after Geetika filed a case against him. In fact Geetika revealed the same while posting on a social networking site saying, "Subhash Kapoor has been arrested today. I have full faith in the Indian judicial system thanks #Mumbai Police."
Kapoor had reportedly been booked under the Indian Penal Code sections 354 (outraging a woman`s modesty), 354 A (sexual harassment), 354 B (attempting to disrobe a woman) and 501 (defamation) and has been remanded to 14 days judicial custody.
However the director has now been released on bail post giving a surety of Rs. 10000.
