Shraddha Kapoor will never move out of her family home

Two hits old, Shraddha Kapoor is not yet ready to move out of her family home. Unlike Alia Bhatt who is looking for her own pad, the eminently domesticated Shraddha Kapoor has found a unique way of staying with the family while occupying a larger space and having more privacy.

Says Shraddha, "There is no way I can ever move out of my home. I am too attached to my family. But yes, now my living space has been made larger and I've my own exit and entrance so that my parents don't get disturbed by my odd hours."

At the moment, Shraddha is all geared up for her next release Haider.

Says the excited actress, "Vishal Sir had offered me the role because he felt I suited the character. When we met, he said something beautiful to me. 'Tumse behtar Arshia toh mujhe mil hi nahin sakti'. I was overwhelmed."

Shraddha says Haider was a life-changing experience for her. "When I did the role I felt Kashmiri. I was so comfortable in Kashmir and as a Kashmiri. Vishal Sir was on my wish-list of directors. Another director I really want to work with is Mr Sanjay Leela Bhansali."

Shraddha admits she is turning down roles frequently. "I've no choice but to be very selective. People have so many expectations from me now, it's scary. I want to be known as a versatile actress. I want to be like clay that can be moulded into character. That's what every actor aspires to, right?"
