USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After being on screen for a while, Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade decided to turn his attention towards production. The actor produced Marathi film Poshter Boyz recently. Being his debut Marathi production, Shreyas Talpade is very happy with the response that Poshter Boyz has garnered and has now decided to make a Hindi version of the same.
Poshter Boyz is a comic caper based on vasectomy and revolves around three men who are caught up in problematic situations and their struggle to move away from them. Despite a unique script, Shreyas Talpade plans to make a few changes in the script for the Hindi version in order to make it suitable for Bollywood audience. With the Marathi film's success, Poshter Boyz may also have a new director.
Though Shreyas expressed his wish of wanting director Sameer Patil to direct the Hindi version, he maintained that it would depend on whether Patil would want to do a Bollywood film. Hence currently, the director and the new cast are yet to be finalized as Shreyas is concentrating on finishing the final draft of the script for the Bollywood remake.
Even the Marathi film Poshter Boyz had a close connection with Bollywood since popular filmmakers from the industry- Rohit Shetty and Farah Khan did a cameo for their friend Shreyas Talpade's film.
Produced under the banner Affluence Movies Pvt. Ltd, Poshter Boyz released on August 1.
