Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…For all those who were waiting for an amicable solution of the ongoing legal tussle between Preity Zinta and her ex-beau Ness Wadia, it seems that things aren't getting sorted anytime soon. The latest update on this case is that, Preity Zinta has communicated to Ness' team through her lawyer that if Ness complies with her five conditions which have been issued to him, she will withdraw the molestation complaint against him.
And the five conditions are: (A) Ness will not make attempts to be physically proximate with Preity, (B) Ness will be barred from directly communicating with Preity in any manner; messages exchanged will be through officials of Kings XI Punjab, of which Preity and Ness are co-owners. (C) Preity will not receive monetary compensation for withdrawing the complaint (D) Ness will not intrude upon any aspect of Preity's personal affairs. (E) That Ness should offer an unconditional apology. Reports state that while Ness has agreed to all of the aforementioned 'conditions', he allegedly disagreed to the last one, which was to offer an unconditional apology for his alleged behavior.
While Preity's lawyer Hitesh Jain rubbished all these by saying that, these were just rumours, Wadia group's spokesperson stated that these were only just speculations.
