According to the few who have seen the first copy of Mary Kom, Priyanka Chopra has lived Mary Kom's life much in the same way that Ben Kinglsey lived Gandhi and more recently Farhan Akhtar lived Milkha Singh's life.

"The film's co-producers Viacom 18 have already scored a huge global success with the Milkha Singh bio-pic. They are confident Mary Kom would be as successful as Bhaag Milkha Bhaag," says the source.

Apparently, Priyanka has taken Farhan Akhtar into confidence about her marketing plans for Mary Kom, and it was Farhan who suggested that the real Mary Kom should be kept in the loop much in the same way that the real Milkha Singh fraternized with Farhan during Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
