The trailer of Prabhu Dheva's Action Jackson is out. Going by the content of the trailer it seems like the film is a store-house of self-references.
While Ajay Devgn is named 'AJ' in the film which is what Devgn's close friends call him, there is also a Prabhu Dheva reference in the trailer when Sonakshi Sinha tells Devgn, "You dance even better than Prabhu Dheva."
Protests Prabhu, "That was not my idea at all. I wanted Sonakshi to say Hrithik Roshan or Shahid Kapoor's name. But Ajay said, 'Why others when we have you?' So they put my name instead."
Prabhu is also seen matching strides with Ajay Devgn as they walk together across the screen.
Does that mean Prabhu has a role in the film?
"No, none at all. Everyone felt like putting me in the trailer would create some kind of an impact. Given a chance I don't want to face the camera at all," says Prabhu even as he prepares to go into a full-fledged acting role next in ABCD 2.
Action Jackson releases on 5 December.
"We have a clear 3 weeks for our film before Raj Kumar Hirani's PK is released. Then everyone would want to see only that," says Prabhu.
