USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The date of February 4 this year is something that Sonam Kapoor will not easily forget. The reason? Well, someone allegedly robbed her off a diamond necklace worth a whopping Rs. 5 lakhs (approx.) on that day. Sonam Kapoor and her mother then went and filed an FIR regarding the same with Juhu police station, whose officials immediately set into action to search for the culprit.
Sonam Kapoor, in her complaint, said that, after she attended a party in Bandra on February 4, she returned home at around 2 am and kept the necklace in her drawer, but found to be missing during the day.
The police however, are looking into this matter from all the angles possible, including if Sonam Kapoor had dropped the necklace in the said party. The cops will also check the CCTV footage to understand if Sonam had worn the worn the necklace when she left the venue. The police have also started questioning the domestic help at the Kapoor residence.
