Vikram Malhotras Abundantia releases slate of three films

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Vikram Malhotra's company Abundantia Entertainment, through its partner company Crouching Tiger Motion Pictures, produced the recently-released, Neeraj Pandey directed and Akshay Kumar starrer Baby which met with tremendous critical acclaim and audience appreciation as well as robust box-office numbers. Now taking forward the successful first outing, the sequel to Baby was also recently announced for release in 2017.

If that wasn't all we hear that Malhotra's company has already notched up an impressive slate of films that are helmed by directors like Nikhil Advani, Neeraj Pandey, Shoojit Sircar and Nishikant Kamat, to name a few. This roster of A-list talent is blended with some of the finest upcoming writers and directors.

While Nikhil Advani's film Airlift, said to be a high-voltage period drama that brings to screen the untold story of the world's largest evacuation ever, has just started rolling and is a production with Advani's Emmay Entertainment. Apart from this Abundantia will again partner for Nikhil Advani's urban corporate drama Bazaar, Nishikant Kamat's untitled period mystery, also Saat Uchhakkey which is an edgy, comedy set in the charming world of Old Delhi and is produced by Neeraj Pandey and a slate of development films under the patronage of experienced hands like Neeraj Pandey and Nikhil Advani. As part of its content development strategy, Abundantia has also acquired remake and adaptation rights of several regional films and published books to turn into full-length mainstream films.
