USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The sex comedy directed by Milap Zaveri, Mastizaade, had gone on floor last year, with an extensive shoot schedule in Thailand. However, since then, there hasn't been any news update about the film or its promos. The film has been slated to release on May 1 this year, but there are absolutely no sign of its trailer yet.
What is really surprising is that, in today's contemporary times, when the filmmakers start extensive promotions of their films at least three months prior to its release, a film like Mastizaade, which is only 30 days away from its release, hasn't even released its first poster or teaser of sorts. On the other hand, the Sunny Leone starrer Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, which is to release a week after Mastizaade, is now all set for the trailer launch on March 31. When we quizzed Rangita Nandy (producer of Mastizaade), about any potential delay, she said that 'there has been no such issue'. At the same time however, she did not divulge any details about the film's trailer release date. Our sources though state the Mastizaade will now release after Kuch Kuch Locha Hai.
On the other hand, Sunny Leone, who is busy juggling between the promotions of Ek Paheli Leela and Kuch Kuch Locha Hain, hasn't been talking about the progress of Mastizaade either. Given the present scenario, now, what remains to be seen is that when will the audience get to see a glimpse of this double trouble avatar of Sunny Leone in Mastizaade. An official announcement of the same is awaited.
