USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Following a serious verbal fracas with producer Mukesh Bhatt over the certification of their new film Mr. X, the members of the censor board have apparently asked for security to be provided during screening and certification to avoid any untoward incidents.

According to an eyewitness at the censor screening of Mr. X, "Tempers ran high when members of the censor board recommended an Adults certificate. Producer Mukesh Bhatt was livid; as the film was being projected as the Bhatts' first film for kids. Mr. Mukesh Bhatt made his displeasure clear in very clear loud and colourful language."

Says the eyewitness, "He threatened to complain to the I & B minister Rajyavardhan Rathore if his film did not get a 'U' certificate. The board members refused, but agreed to give the film a 'UA' certificate (parental accompaniment required for pre-adult viewership) if one token cut was made. Mr Bhatt made the cut and went home not too happily with a 'UA' certificate."

Following the fracas, CBFC members have sought security in case certification squabbles reach a boiling point.
