USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Renowned singer Sonu Nigam, who is known for his melodious voice, has been banned by Zee Music Company as per Bollywood Hungama's reliable sources.
The source also added that, Zee Music has now taken a (firm) stand that it will not get its hands on (read 'buy') any of Sonu's songs or any films that feature him as a singer. Also, the existing songs of Sonu Nigam with the label will now be recorded by another singer. When asked about the reason for this strong decision, our source said that this was a resultant of a fracas that apparently happened between Sonu Nigam and members of Zee Music Company at a recent party hosted by Subhash Ghai.
While Zee Music's Anurag Bedi refused to comment anything about the said matter, repeated attempts to establish contact with Sonu Nigam and Subhash Ghai proved futile.
Readers may be aware that, earlier, the music giant T-Series had also taken a stand against Sonu Nigam, when he demanded royalties for the songs that he had sung for them.
