USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Shoojit Sircar may have assembled a dream cast Piku. But getting Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan together on the same platform for promotion is proving to be problematic.
Says a source, "While Deepika Padukone has been shooting a song with Priyanka Chopra for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, Irrfan Khan was in Budapest to meet director Ron Howard and co-star Tom Hanks as part of the preparation for his new international project Inferno. Back home Shoojit has been pulling his hair trying to keep the publicity and promotion going."
Now that Deepika Padukone's shooting is over and Irrfan Khan is also back from Budapest, the promotion of Piku will finally gather momentum.
Says Shoojit, "Irrfan is back from his international project. We are finally going to have the three of them together at some special selected events."
