While many Bollywood stars celebrated the special day with their mothers, Ali Fazal decided to honour every mother on the occasion of Mother's Day (May 10). The actor starred in a short film called Cheers, directed by Piyush Rajhani, co-starring Anju Mahendru.
Cheers depicts an unconventional bond between mother and a son, wherein the son parts ways with his alcoholic mother and decides to meet her after 10 years. Ali, who expressed his love for his mother, also mentioned that the film is all about having a personal connect. The film was released online on Youtube on Sunday and here's the video:
