USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Mika Singh, who has previously been caught up in many controversies, has landed in trouble once again. A day after celebrating his birthday in style, the singer is now facing charges from a doctor for assaulting him and has now been arrested for the same.
The said incident was reported at the Inderpuri police station, Delhi on April 12, 2015. Dr. Shrikant has filed a complaint against Mika Singh for assaulting him on stage and it is also being said that the doctor has faced internal injury in his left ear owing to the assault.
Mika Singh was the performer at the concert organized by the Delhi Ophthalmological Society during three day conference which was held at Delhi Pusa Institute Mela Ground. During the concert, one of the male doctors started dancing around women despite the singer giving him warnings. When the male doctor decided to ignore it, Mika slapped him hard on his face. In fact, a video of Mika assaulting the doctor had gone viral on several websites. Post the incident, the Indian Medical Association not only decided to boycott the singer but even demanded for the arrest.
