While the details of the film were kept under wraps, now we hear that it will be extensively shot in various locations in Punjab.

The film will be shot in places like Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Bhatinda and Jalandhar and the reason behind this is that the director is keen on adding the local flavour of each city in its own unique way

Moreover, in order to keep the feel intact, right from the folk music which plays an integral part of the film to the local top musicians of the state, there will be a blend of this new Punjabi culture. In fact, the director has already kick started the recee for the film.

His films have always had the flavor of a particular city which he depicts quite beautifully- be it Rajasthan (Kacche Daage), Mumbai (Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai), Chennai (The Dirty Picture) and this time for Ajay Devgn starrer Baadshaho he has zeroed down on Punjab which surely be yet another aesthetically stunning representation of the colorful state.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Baadshaho is slated to release on March 25, 2016.
