Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Like every year, this year too, Independence Day celebration will be a memorable affair for every Indian, except for Raveena Tandon, who was in LA to celebrate India's Independence Day. The reason? A certain Neeraj Agnihotri, who was apparently drunk came up on stage and started misbehaving with Raveena and also started passing nasty comments, during the celebration in LA. The reason stated for his unruly behavior was that he was upset because his kids didn't get to travel in Raveena Tandon's car with her to the event, since it was against the rules of the security and the protocol. Shockingly, this man was one of the organisers of the LA event.
Tweeting about the incident, Raveena Tandon stated, "In LA after two glorious days, of spending the Independence Day celebrations- sadly a bad ending. All was going well. Till a drunk got on stage. Some chap called Neeraj agnihotri started misbehaving, and padding comments, sadly all security was down Nd couldn't get to him first. Was 1 of the organizers n was upset dat his kids didn't get to travel in my car with me to the event, which security n protocol didn't allow. Started making nasty remarks till I had to yell out to the others to get some other guys up. And that's when they took him away! But yes. I did give him a piece of my mind too. That's no way to talk to anyone- when o didn't even know what he was upset about. Sadly had met such nice people. But this guy spoilt the whole evening. And the event went off amazing too."
Ranveena Tandon handled the situation well until others jumped in and intervened.
