USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…We all know about the perks of being an actress, esp. a Bollywood actress. And when you are at the peak of your career, the world literally is at your feet. But, then, there are a handful of such actresses and actors who allow their success and fame to precede their name. In simple words, they are the ones, who feel that they can do anything in the world without having to worry about it. This also includes taking law in their hands and when found guilty, there's always a political connection to bail them out.

One such incident happened a few weeks back at the Mumbai airport. It involved one of today's high-flying actresses who debuted a few years back with a superstar of today. What happened was that while this actress was trying to whisk away (read 'smuggle') a handful of diamonds (worth around Rs. 5-6 crores), she was caught by a dashing young officer. Since her requests and 'sorry petitions' failed to yield any results from this sincere officer (who was almost in the process of charge sheeting her), a few phone calls here and there did the trick for this young actress. The said officer got a phone call from the head of a topnotch political family of our country, telling (read 'ordering') the officer to let this actress go without any problem. And if he reported the same to the media, he will have to face the consequences. Because of the strong political pressure, he let the starlet go scot free. A couple of more such incidents in this officer's CV have now landed him a job in an extremely remote village of Maharashtra.

Needless to say as to who is having the last laugh!
