USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…While he turned a year older recently in a lavish way, Salman Khan also decided to gift something special to his fans. He took to Twitter to announce about the new shopping portal KhanMarketOnline.com. However, this hasn't gone down well with Delhi's Khan Market Traders Association who believe that Salman has used their name for his shopping portal.

Sanjiv Mehra, the president of the association, is miffed with the use of word 'Khan Market' for Salman's online portal and claimed that the actor cannot use the name of their portal because it will apparently confuse the customers as they often mistake the two to be the same. They have even decided to legal action against the same and will be moving the Delhi High Court on January 4. On the other hand, several legal officials are of the opinion that the case is not strong enough to be presented at this level. While some state that there won't be any case of copyright infringement since there are several Khan Markets in the country, others clarify that though the association can move the court over the similarity in their names, it is futile since the two of them deal with completely different kind of customers.

Though Salman Khan and his team is yet to reveal details about the issue, Sanjiv Mehra is of the opinion that this case must be taken further and they will definitely get justice.
