The Khers have more than one reason to celebrate this month considering there are two good news for the family. Whilst Anupam Kher is rejoicing the special moment where he has been awarded with the prestigious Padma Bhushan, his son Sikander has taken his relationship with Priya Singh to the next level. Sikander Kher and his girlfriend Priya Singh, cousin of Sonam Kapoor, recently got engaged in Mumbai.
The thrilled father, Anupam Kher recently took to Twitter to post a picture of Sikandar and Priya saying, "Happy to share that our dearest @sikandarbk got engaged to wonderful Priya Singh, d/o dear Jasjit & Kavita Singh.:)" We hear that the ceremony was a private affair attended by close friends and family. Priya Singh is the daughter of Sonam Kapoor's mother Sunita's sister. Sunita and Anil Kapoor too were present at the event to give their blessings to the couple.
Though the details of the wedding ceremonies are yet to be announced, it is being said that the couple will tie the knot in February this year.
