With several surprises that were in store for us at this year's Academy Awards night including the much awaited win of Leonardo Di Caprio, we also spotted one of the mainstream commercial heroines of Bollywood making a lavish entry at the red carpet. Priyanka Chopra was seen not only attending the ceremony but also presenting the award.
Just a few days ago, Priyanka Chopra announced about the invitation that was extended to her to be a presenter at the Oscars on social media and now we got a glimpse of the actress sashing down the red carpet. Opting for an elegant look with minimal accessories, Priyanka Chopra looked every bit beautiful in her white silk tulle mermaid dress designed by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad from his Spring 2016 collection. Diamond earrings and rings along with an embellished clutch rounded off her red carpet avatar at the Oscars.
Priyanka Chopra also made a brief appearance on stage to present the award for Best Film Editing to Margaret Sixel for Mad Max: Fury Road.
