USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…A few months ago, Sanjay Gupta who had started prepping for Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil, received a notice from singer-actor Sudhanshu Pandey who accused the former of plagiarism and copying the script of the film. Later, the cyber cell division was involved as Sudhanshu filed a complaint against writers of the film Siraj Ayaz Ahmed and Vijay Kumar Mishra and this has rubbed director Sanjay Gupta the wrong way.

Questioning if the cyber cell can be involved in a case of knowledge theft, Sanjay further added that Sudhanshu is resorting to cheap tricks. He also maintained that he met the DCP who assured that the cyber cell won't be a part of this case anymore. Sanjay Gupta also revealed that the makers are ready to sort out the matter provided Sudhanshu submits proofs that back up his accusations of plagiarism. According to Sanjay, if Sudhanshu is ready to showcase one valid document as proof to his claims, they are not only ready to give him credit but also the required remuneration.

Produced by Rakesh Roshan, Kaabil stars Hrithik Roshan and Yaami Gautam and is slated to release on January 26.
