However, now we hear that the superstar who kick-started the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup initiative, has invited celebrities from his fraternity for a campaign over water conservation.

Recently, we reported that Aamir Khan met the Governor of Maharashtra, Ch Vidyasagar Rao and his wife Vinoda to discuss the matter of water preservation and now the actor has yet another step in the direction and even asked the Governor's opinion on involving celebrities from the Marathi and Bollywood fraternity for a rural campaign. It has been learnt that Aamir is not looking for any kind of financial help (since the campaign has corporate backing), it seems that the actor is on a lookout for popular faces who can create awareness about the same amongst the masses. From popular personalities of Marathi cinema like Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shreyas Talpade, Riteish Deshmukh, Atul Kulkarni to renowned Bollywood celebs like Saif Ali Khan, Kangna Ranaut and Rajkumar Hirani, several of them attended the get-together that the superstar Aamir Khan hosted on Tuesday evening.
