Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After the smash hit Aashiqui 2 that released in 2013 featuring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, we now hear that the makers of the film are keen on featuring none other than Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt in the third instalment of the film.
Talking about the speculation of Sidharth and Alia featuring in the film Mukesh Bhatt, the film's co-producer says, "It is wrong to say that we have signed on Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt for Aashiqui 3, when in fact we are still in talks with them to feature in the film." When further prodded about the film Bhatt adds, "As for the film itself, the script is almost ready and once the principal actors are locked will we decide about the rest of the cast, post which we will start filming."
Though Bhatt remained tight lipped about the film, Sidharth Malhotra has indirectly confirmed doing the film stating that scripting for the film is in progress but it should be up and running next year and that he is looking forward to the film.
