Kangna Ranaut speaks out on Salman Khans rape comment

Earlier this week Salman Khan landed himself in trouble with a statement he made while promoting his forthcoming film Sultan. In fact the actor's statement that he felt like a 'raped woman' when he was exiting the ring after a gruelling training day didn't go down well with quite a few. Though the actor went on to clarify his statement, there has been criticism coming in from all quarters. Now the latest to speak out about Salman's comments is none other than the Queen actress Kangna Ranaut.

In fact Kangna who was at the premiere of Shirish Kunder's short film Kriti last night decided to break her silence on the topic when questioned about it. Talking about the incident she said, "We all agree that it is a horrible thing to say. It's extremely insensitive but I'd also like to say that we shouldn't encourage the tendency to point fingers at each other and feel superior by pulling each other down. As a society, we have to take responsibility and stand united. This is disgraceful for a society, not an individual. We collectively feel sorry for that thought process."
