USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Gauri Khan, who is an entrepreneur and wife of Shah Rukh Khan, will be the guest of honour at the International Real Estate Expo (IREX) 2016. The second edition of the expo will take place from October 7-9 at the Ashok Convention Hall in Bengaluru.
Gauri Khan, who is an interior designer, said that she was delighted to be associated with IREX. Talking about the same, she added that Indian luxury real estate buyers look to invest overseas for varied reasons, from wanting a holiday home to being close to children studying overseas.
Director of IREX, Vimal Anand said that they are expecting over 5000 visitors at this year's show. The participating companies will be able to create brand awareness, exhibit their latest project offerings and do on the spot bookings. IREX 2016 will have participation from over 85 leading international real estate developers and marketing companies and is expected to draw more than 5000 visitors due to an intensive and targeted marketing campaign.
