Missing man, Lawrence Avenue East and McCowan Road area, Uthayakumar Arumugam, 53The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Uthayakumar Arumugam, 53, was last seen on Monday, October 31, 2016, at approximately 5:37 p.m., in the Lawrence Avenue East and McCowan Road area.

He is described as 5’8″, 170 lbs., medium build, brown eyes, clean-shaven, short black hair with a receding hairline. He has a large surgical scar on the top of his head and a chipped front tooth . He was last seen wearing a brown hat, a gray coat and blue jeans.

Police are concerned for his safety.
