On Thursday, November 17, 2016, as part of an investigation into the possession of child sex abuse images, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue West area.
It is alleged that:
– during the execution of the search warrant, a quantity of images and video of child pornography was discovered
Melville Lemessy, 30, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, November 17, 2016, 2 p.m., courtroom 206.
