Delroy Flowers, 39, was last seen on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 6-5, 180 lbs., with brown eyes, a shaved head, and missing front teeth. He was last seen wearing black pants, a blue shirt, and black shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
