The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.
Randall Phoenix, 52, was last seen on Friday, September 14, 2018, at approximately 2 p.m., in theDanforth Avenue and Pape Avenue area.
He is described as 6′, slim build, salt/pepper hair, unshaven. He has a very distinctive gait, described as a forward “lungingâ€� type of stride.
Police are concerned for his safety.
