s assistance locating a missing man.
Nam Nguyen, 37, was last seen on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 12 p.m., in the Tecumseth Street and Adelaide Street West area.
He is described 5â€8â€�, 141 lbs., with short black/grey hair. He was wearing black-framed glasses. He was last seen wearing black dress pants, a blue winter coat, and a black sweater.
