The Toronto Police Service requests the publicâ€
s assistance locating a missing man from a health care facility.
Christopher Edward Collins, 49, was last seen on Wednesday, October 30, 2018, at approximately 2:15 p.m., in the Buttonwood Avenue and Weston Road area.
He is described as 5â€6â€�, 132 lbs., short black hair and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing jeans and a ‘Lumber Jack’ style jacket, and was carrying a duffle bag.
If located please do not approach.
Police are concerned for his safety.
