The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Vadim Cirkunovs, 35, was last seen on Friday, August 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 6’2”, 190 lbs., with a slim build, long straight brown hair, and brown beard.
Police are concerned for his safety.
