The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing man.
William Kelly, 46, was last seen on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 2:30 p.m., in Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West area.
He is described as 5'7", 150 lbs. He has black and gray hair, and blue eyes. He has his lower right leg amputated below the knee and uses a black wheelchair.
Police are concerned for his safety.
