The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Liban Ismail, 38, was last seen on Monday, August 19, 2019, at 10 a.m., in the Ellesmere Road and Neilson Road area.
He is described as having a slim build, curly black hair, black and grey beard. He was last seen wearing green camouflage pants, white dress shirt with small blue stripes, and black sandals.
Police are concerned for his safety.
