The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Owino THORPE, 34 years, was last seen on August 16th, 2019, at 4:00 PM in the Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue area.
Owino THORPE is described as male, black, short afro, 5’8 to 5’10, 230lbs, stocky build, thick beard. He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, white hoodie, blue jeans and black running shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
