The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a missing girl.
Yulia Kosinchar, 16, was last seen on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue West and Royal York Road area.
She is described as 5'3", medium build, blond hair in a ponytail, green eyes, and has a pale complexion. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black tight pants, and beige sneakers.
Police are concerned for her safety.
