The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Joceline Mukabaramba, 40, was last seen on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at approximately 7:00 a.m., in the area of Neilson Road and Ellesmere Road.
She is described as 5’3”, 170 lbs., with black and red waist-length braided hair. She was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, blue jeans, grey jacket, black and grey backpack, and brown ankle boots.
Police are concerned for her safety.
