The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Joel Kamalando, 21, was last seen on Monday, October 28, 2019, in the area of Keele Street and Wilson Avenue.
He is described as 6', with a medium build, and a short black beard. He was last seen wearing a long camouflage jacket, blue sweater, and green jogging pants with side pockets on the legs.

Police are concerned for his safety.
