The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Troy Flanagan, 51, was last seen on Monday, September 14, 2020, near the Carlton Street and Parliament Street area.
He is described as 5'10", 140 lbs., with brown hair, blue eyes and clean shaven.
He has a tattoo on his left shoulder.
Police are concerned for his safety.
