Enrique Cruz-Ramirez, 41, was last seen on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at 2p.m., in the Queen Street East and Sherbourne Street area.
He is described as 5’8�, 249 lbs., with short dark hair. There are no clothing descriptions at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety.
