Toronto man Robert Khananisho shot dead
The Toronto Police Service is advising the public of a homicide investigation.
On Friday, April 21, 2023 at approximately 10 p.m., police responded to a call for sounds of gunshots in the Islington Avenue and Steeles Avenue West area.
It is reported that:
- a man was located with gunshot wounds
- life saving measures were provided by emergency responders
- the man succumbed to his injuries at the scene
The victim has been identified as Robert Khananisho, 47, of Toronto.
