Why men with perfectly nice hair wear baseball caps indoors will always be a mystery to me.

Adam Sandler took his family to a Lakers game looking like THIS. Of course the grizzly beard makes him look like every other badly dressed guy, but the awful pink polyester shirt  and baggy shorts (pedal pushers?) make one wonder if he has access to a mirror. One thing is certain – he’s not trying  too hard.

It’s not uncommon to see celebrities making fashion mistakes, and Adam Sandler is no exception. The renowned comedian and actor was spotted courtside at a Lakers game wearing an outfit that could be described as “horrific” at best. With a combination of a pink shirt that looked like it was made from polyester and baggy shorts, he certainly stood out from the other well-dressed celebrities present at the game.

Adding to his questionable outfit choice was the fact that he wore a baseball cap – indoor. This is one trend that has always been mystifying, and the fact that he coupled it with a less-than-stellar outfit only made things worse. The grizzly beard he had doesn’t help his case either, as it made him look like every other badly dressed guy.

Could He Have Done Better?

For someone who has been in the public eye for quite some time, one would expect Adam Sandler to have a better sense of fashion. While he might not be a fashion icon, there are several things that he could have done differently to make his outfit better.

Firstly, the awful bright pink shirt had to go. It’s not only an offensive color to the eyes but also made from polyester, which gives it a cheap look. With a different colored shirt that fits well, he could have improved the overall look. Secondly, loose, baggy shorts might be comfortable, but they don’t always make for a good outfit. Clothing that fits well always looks better.

Last but not least, the baseball cap had to go. Wearing caps indoors might look cool to some people, but it is an outdated trend that adds no value to the overall outfit. Adam Sandler could have opted for a more stylish hat, such as the fedora, that complements the outfit.

Final Thoughts

We can all agree that Adam Sandler has done better when it comes to fashion, and this outfit was a far cry from his better days. Nevertheless, it is essential to point out that what he wore came down to his personal choice, and if he feels comfortable in it, so be it.

One thing is for sure, though; it’s unlikely we’ll be seeing anyone else wear anything like it anytime soon!
