Every year the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association, simply known as SEMA puts on a show in Las Vegas that is exclusive to industry insiders and media. Considered the largest automotive specialty products trade event in the world, SEMA Show 2011 is one to behold.

This colossal four-day event attracts over 100,000 industry leaders from over 100 countries to explore the 3.2 million square-feet of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The show consists of new product showcases (nearly 1,500 in 2010), product demonstrations, educational seminars, and special events.

Although the SEMA Show is all about automotive specialty products, the spot lights are on the vehicles themselves. At SEMA vehicles are the platform that every SEMA Show exhibitor showcases their products upon. Getting attention is the name of the game at SEMA, and vehicular eye-candy is how you play. There aren’t many other places in the world where this many unique, customized, and not-yet-seen-in-public vehicles gather to flex their muscles.

Because vehicles play such an integral role at SEMA every year, the show gives out awards recognizing this. According to the organizers, “the SEMA Award winners represent the models that industry experts—the SEMA Show exhibitors—most often feature in their booths as the hottest rides for the enthusiast market.”

The 2011 SEMA Award winners are:
