Cleaning Your Face:
Use a gentle cleanser according to your skin type (e.g. you may use honey-based soap) to avoid impurities. After that, apply a good toner. Then, moisturize your skin with an oil-free moisturizer.
Scrub and Exfoliate:
Skin specialists suggest that this practice helps to remove the upper layer of dead skin.
Be very careful and don’t use severe products nor scrub your skin too hard, or else it could damage your skin.
Moisturize the Skin Well:
Apply a creamy nourishing moisturizer gently on your face. Making the circular and upward movements smoothly massage it in. And then wash your skin with cold water.
Mask it Right:
Use a soothing and relaxing face mask that has brightening, nutritious and moisturizing properties.
Condition Your Hair:
Use conditioner for your dry hair, cover it thoroughly. Wait for sometime if you think your hair is in extreme need of conditioning, it will absorb the conditioner immediately, and then you may re-apply.
Take a Shower:
You may use a scented body wash unless you are having a sensitive skin, the scented wash might irritate to make your skin feel soft and delicate. You may also spray rose water on your body. Its fragrance will make you feel more relaxed.
Take a Bath:
Fill your tub with slightly warm water and ensure that it is neither too hot nor too cold. Then, put in some scented and relaxing bubble bath to the water, or possibly some essential oils. Stay there for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, get out and wear soft and relaxing slippers.
Give Yourself a Pedicure:
Fill a large dish with warm water and add some foot salt. Keep your feet in there for about five minutes, then take them out and let them dry (remove the nail paint if you’ve applied it before). After that, do massage with some foot cream. At that point, take four cotton balls and split them in half to fit these cotton balls in between your toes.
Put some cream mixed with your favorite essential oil onto every cotton ball and put them in between your toes. Leave them there for about thirty minutes. This is ideal technique for tired feet. Apply the nail paint of your favorite colors.
Give Yourself a Manicure:
Rub some hand lotion on your both hands. Give yourself a massage for your hands and clean and stretch your fingers gently. Push back your nail polish and cut your nails (only if you think they need cutting). After that, utilize a good-smelling hand scrub to dispose of any damaged and rough skin.
