Chocolate Pudding Recipe



Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :

2 pockets of nice biscuits

200 gms fresh cream

100 gms cooking chocolate

1 tsp coffee powder,

½ cup of hot water

Method :

To Chocolate Sauce :

Shred the cooking chocolate into small bits.

Heat the cream and add the chocolate stiring continuously until the chocolate melts.

For the Chocolate Pudding :

Arrange the biscuits in a serving tray after dipping each into coffee water.

Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce on the biscuit layer.

Spread a biscuit layer on the chocolate layer and repeat for 3 layers.

Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.

Serve chilled cutting into small pieces.
