

Ingredients
60 ml Bacardi
10 ml Mojito mint syrup
10 ml Fresh Lime
20 ml Apple juice
7-8 mint leaves
6 lemon wedges
Crushed ice
Method
Lightly muddle lemon chunks and mint leaves.
Add mojito mint syrup and fresh lime followed by lots of crushed ice.
Pour the bacardi and add Apple juice
Stir well and serve with a cinnamon stick.
