In winters you need energy from winter snacks to keep yourself warm and going. All you need to do in winters is eat up, warm-up and keep that stomach filledwithout enlarging the belly. Some grilled turkey and chicken strips will be a great source of protein in the winters. These proteins will be stored in the body for long and keep the body well nourished.
