Canadians get a shot at the big holidays savings from Microsoft
By Stephen Pate – Good news for Canadians – Microsoft has started their popular pre-Christmas sale here.
Every day for 12 days, a new deal is announced under 12 Days of Deals
. In the past, consumers in the USA enjoyed some awesome deals but Canada was left out.
The deal today December 1, 2015 is the HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 13 Signature Edition 2-in-1 PC with $200 saving for $679 featuring:
- 13.3-inch (337.82-millimeter) HD touchscreen
- Intel Core i5-6200U
- 8GB memory/1TB HDD
- Windows 10
2-in-1 computers can be either a laptop or a tablet as shown in the picture above which is making them very popular. Microsoft Signature Editions have the manufacturer’s bloatware removed. This model is more powerful than the Surface Pro 4 except the i7 model.
Best Buy have a lower-powered version of the same computer for $799 with 6 GB RAM, 500 MB hard drive. The Best Buy model has the i3-6100U CPU not the i5-6200U in the HP Pavilion 2-in-1 from Microsoft.
