If you pre-order Bob Dylan’s new CD on iTunes there is an instant download of “Full Moon and Empty Arms”
By Stephen Pate – Bob Dylan is releasing an album of Sinatra cover songs Shadows in the Night – Bob Dylan on iTunes January 30, 2015. That date is 4 days earlier than general release, another iTunes advantage.
Apple iTunes just announced their pre-release of “Shadows in the Night” includes an instant download of the song “Full Moon and Empty Arms” which has been previewed on the Bob Dylan website.
The song is a lovely ballad with Hawaiian guitar backing, chorded guitar and Dylan singing in his best ballad voice.
I couldn’t help myself cancelling the basic CD pre-order on Amazon.com and getting the iTunes pre-order. There is something to be said for instant gratification. The advantage of iTunes is always instant access across all your Apple devices and Windows desktop.
